Gem. und Dorf der Kirchgem. Èpcndes. Der Name wird von frigidum peselum abgeleitet. F. befand sich an einer Römerstrasse. Sein Gebiet gehörte ursprünglich den Herren von Marly; durch Heirat ging es im 13.
