Zur frühem Herrschaft St. Martin du Chêne gehörendes Dorf; nachdem das Schloss St. Martin im 16. Jahrh. zerstört worden, Hessen sich die Herren im Dorfe nieder. Die der hl. Magdalena geweihte Kirche hat einen romanischen Turm; sie wird seit 1320 erwähnt und ist 1861 restauriert worden. — DHV. [M. R.] CHAVANNES LE VEYRON
